Southeast of Saline is a 3A school located at approximately 10 miles south and 5 miles east of Salina, KS.  K-12 and the district office is housed in one building.  It is located in the country so all students are bussed. Enrollment is approximately 720 students in K-12.

There is a staff of 110, consisting of approximately 47 teachers full or part time, superintendent, district office staff, one K-6 principal, one 7-12 principal, one K-8 counselor, one 9-12 counselor, a technology administrator, secretaries, school nurse, aides, paras, cooks, custodians, and bus drivers.

Southeast of Saline is noted for low turnover of staff due to excellent administration, staff members and students.
